@Mina_Lunga: Actually Kim thought of that and used her abilities to animate his reflection. It won't keep him out of their hair permanently but it does slow him down. ("How to keep an idiot amused" in the comic-selection drop-down).

@schubacca -- Of course they considered that already. One, there's still a matter of expense vs. value, but second attempting to control who he annoys seems to generate the same results.

I got one... lock him into an underground bunker with only a single shaft to the surface through which foods and such are lowered to keep persons inside alive. Why keep persons alive? Because entombed with him will be your standard over tight straight man setting up a standard odd couple scenario. If his powers are truly dependent on annoying people, then Armageddon Gilliganing all escape attempts will keep him properly drained and contained for a long time

Well, if you've tried sending him off onto an asteroid, you've probably tried sending him to the sun. Unless you were worried about him ending up destroying the sun...
