Interesting facts: English judges have never used a gavel. I learned this exactly half an hour after I'd finished this page. God dammit. But I'm not alone - even english tv shows have judges using gavels. I'm just joining a long and proud tradition of misinformation.
Lestrade is absolutely adorable <3. She's described as ferret-like, clever and lean, sallow, dark-eyed and rat-faced. Thus a little ginger rat with dark, clever eyes.

I must say this is one of the weirder adaptations of Sherlock Holmes I've seen. And honestly, I am already enjoying it.
