Genejoke- A popular anime/manga trope to signify arousal, an erection or actual ejaculation is a nosebleed. Apparently a trickle means arousal/erection while a flooding torrent means orgasm. It usually happens in comedic series when the male (on rare occasion a female) sees panties, bras or finds himself touching a female either accidentally or through flirtatious actions. (Usually it's the result of a fall, and the male's hand will be on her boob or his knee pressed against her crotch. This will result in a torrent of nose blood and usually end in a scream and a slap from the female)
