Reuploading the mostly-colorized version. What have I been doing? I've been doing a bunch of stuff behind the scenes on the comic. Organizing the next chapters with a friend of mine. Also, we've come to an agreement: as soon as we're able, and there's a lull in the story of Dragon Doctors, we need to completely re-do the first chapter. Not just because of the art. No. Because it's not really representative of the story that came after, starting in chapter 2. It's like how you'd never know how good Star Trek the Next Generation would get if you just watched the crummy first season with characters acting totally at odds with how they are depicted later–that's not character development so much as a huge hole that needs to be fixed. Don't worry, the old chapter will be available online, but we do need to get a new version of it in. ANYWAY. *New Chapter Next Week.*

Sorry about that. Hrm. Good point on "evil," I'll see about that. And as for Mori getting turned female again...well, Mori was never fully comfortable as a dude, probably as a result of being female for a REALLY long time. I agree the team being all women unbalances the dynamic a bit, but I think their personalities all fit together well enough. Note that even Sarin joked about how they need a "token guy" now. There's a couple of candidates there...or they could just bring Greg in more often.

Hmm, while I certainly appreciate the effort, I'm not sure this summary page was a worthy use of time. The very nature of a summary doesn't mesh well with your comic, whose greatest strength is in its progression. Mentioning everything offhand makes it all seem even more absurd, and even somewhat cheesy. Also, the breakdown of panels makes the various event feel unfairly weighted; and some of the events that might actually need a refresher were left out (like Smith's taken eyes). However, I think the most annoying part is just shoving the word 'Evil' out there twice. One of the things I enjoy about your writing is that both protagonist and antagonist tend to have nonstandard personalities. Hearing it from a character is one thing, but when the author says 'oh, P.S. this character's evil' it spoils things somewhat. P.S. I'm still disappointed that Mori is back to being female, there are more than enough 'Girl Squad' comics out there and I don't think yours needs to join them.
