Disney and the Warner Bros. trade

So now Disney owns the Marvel Superheroes and the Warner Bros. own the DC Superheroes.
But if you think about it don't you think that Disney's clean cut, wholesome, black & white universe is more compatible with the DC heroes, while the more subversive, slightly nutty Marvel universe is more compatible to the WB?

@EssayBee: More like around the late 70's when they did the first superman movie with Christopher Reeve.

I never even considered that, but you're right. For the record, WB has owned DC for a looong time (late 60s, I think).

probably right there, but I doubt Disney would do that. Although Fox owns movie X-Men (including Deadpool) and those other non Avenger people. If Warner really wanted to piss off Disney, they would go after that

@El Cid: Batman is DC remember? WB didn't make any Marvel movies that I know of.
El Cid at 4:55AM, Feb. 16, 2014
But didn't WB do the first Batman movies? Now I'm all confused!
