2 - A Tempestuous Noise

The Tempest started as I think every Sonic spriter's vehicles started off. A Tornado recolour. I'm quite happy with how it is now, though.
My idea about 24 Hour News came from me realising a slight plothole in that he was the first to notice, and the fact that 24 Hour News really is pointless. Just search for Charlie Brooker on Youtube to find out why.
