I'm not sure if Kimber's erratic reaction is the right one. Would anyone know how they'd react in such circumstances? Maybe she shouldn't have snapped at her long-suffering Emilio, but she suffered a pretty good bit herself, and now total weirdness is piling on. Maybe she deserves a little bit of slack. And I'm really going to have to cut back to one a week updates until Christmas is over. Really. I mean it this time. Really…

She has her boobs back so she MUST still be dreaming....I think.

Thanks, cres0055 - you're good at all the subtle non-verbal stuff :)

Nice page, I like panel 5 how you left his hand hanging and put him at a seemingly large distance from her.

I meant she wondered if she's dreaming while sleepwalking, at least for a moment, before dismissing the thought. Once, when I was younger I spent the night with someone. I woke up and saw them standing on the edge of a coffee table, as if about to dive, speaking,"... do you all think this water's deep enough?". I swear it was sleepwalking - no drugs were involved. Promise haha

Let me know if the extra detail ever gets in the way of the story. Her recent extreme sensory episodes don't seem to manifest all the time. She has no idea what triggers them, or even if she even had them (dreaming while sleepwalking, as seen in panel 4 above). I imagine an episode while showering would be... interesting, esp. if the water was too hot or cold :)

You always have a lot of detail in your artwork. Hhmmmm.... in her current condition I wonder if the water from the shower would hurt or be VERY relaxing.

I'll second that. All of it. Well-developed characters have a way of sorta living a life on their own. I think it's a sign of quality. Well, and as for right or wrong reactions - you won't know until long afterwards; the one thing you can be sure of is that not reacting at all won't get you any further.

Agreed! And you know the cliche of story characters taking on a life of their own. Well, it's a true one - I've written short stories here and there and characters often end up doing things, making decisions, having reactions, that I wouldn't They do things I don't really want them to. It's a fascinating phenomenon

the way people react to things is what makes them different. every situation, no matter how big or small tends to get a different reaction from different people :) there is no 'right' reaction. now, i'm not sure how i'd react, because i can't relate her experiences to anything directly that i know. though talk of doctors tends to make me grumpy, and i can see why she might have had enough of them for a while, hehe. also, it seems perhaps sensory changes might not be all... hmm...
