I'm trying to go a little darker with paint hues (even though it's nerve-wracking). Also, I thought that since Kimber Lee is in the woods, there should be sort of a green tint over everything, so… I tried to put a green tint over everything (results=meh). And for the life of me I can't figure out the best way to paint grass. Seems like it would be so easy…

Storywise, Kimber Lee seems to recover quickly from traumatic happenings (maybe months of cancer and chemo prepares one to just let bad things just roll off - most of the time). Yeah, her attempt at humor last panel is cringe-worthy, but sometimes one-liners can be so bad they're funny. Right? Right…? *crickets*

Ohh, you're saying since Kimber Lee had already bitten a 'chunk' off why not just swallow it? If so, gotcha! I mean, worst part's already been done haha. But... her 'wits' might not have been fully there when taking that first bite. You know, like getting kissed by someone you don't like, you might react positively for a sec before realizing what you're doing and shoving them away... okay, not the best analogy, but this is a weird subject :D

I understood what you were displaying. It does appear she bit a chunk and spit it. I'm just saying it was already in there. ...

@plymayer: 1) I was trying to depict that she bit a 'chunk' then belched it back out - never swallowed any. Sorry didn't make that clearer. 2) Haha, yeah, now if she just had a sash. 3) Yup, that's true even for a human with 'enhanced' abilities. 4) Thanks a bunch!

1) She already ate the squirel, she should have left ease her hunger. 2) She is now dressed like Lieutenant Uhura in the evil cross over universe. 3) She's starting to get her wits back (human's most dangerous talent is intelligence). 4) I like the artwork.
