One more page left in this chapter… About 60 or so pages back, someone (Bravo, I believe) predicted this watertower wouldn't make it…!

But before then I gotta make my evening gown page for the summer pageant… AND THEN… I gotta make an APPRECIATION PAGE! for all the Nominations I got!! Because Wow am I thankful!! Thank you all so very much!! While I'll, of course, be happy if I actually win some of the nominations, in some ways the actual nominations are even better because they were voted on by the readers… Which means I maybe kinda sorta am doing something you like…!

So, as long as you're enjoying it, I promise I will continue to work at getting better, and to keep this story going!!!

Hey, it's a great way to wash out those wounds of hers at least! This fight seems almost never ending, he's like the Achilles! Maybe go for his heel or something! Gratz on the noms btw :3.

@Banes: Wolverine's regeneration would probably come in handy right about now (just happens - no thinking, right)... Also, I was informed that 'Excelsior' is a word Stan Lee used to put in his stuff all the time ;)

Totally - Wolvie does the inner monologue thing. As a bonus, this monologue is about the body healing itself, which is one of Wolverine's abilities. Excelsior!

@Bravo: Thank You! And TVTropes...? How about BravoTropes!! haha I sorta had the idea already but was hesitant to actually do it, but when you mentioned the tower coming down on page 236 I knew it had to happen - in the most dramatic campy way possible! :D

I read 'swoosh' but heard 'splosh' in my mind anyway just by looking at the art! I love how you have her falling through all the panels, it's really powerful! Congratulations on all your nominations btw, I knew you'd do well again judging by the ones you got last year! :) I also noticed we are head to head on the best overall!! Do you think the readers are hoping for a catfight? ;)

One way to wash away all that blood... These action sequences are just amazing, especially with some really cool ideas like Kim falling through the panels. Dunno if that's what Banes means by the Marvel references - these comics are pretty hard to get around here, or at least they used to in pre-internet days - but it's a cool idea all the same.

@Banes: Thank You - if I'm covering 'Marvel Bases' it's from movies - I'm not really familiar with the comics (although hubby is, and he points out similarities too -- of which most are purely coincidental ;))

Exciting stuff - love this one! Nice Avengers reference, and the first panel feels a lot like those Wolverine stories where he narrates (you're covering all your Marvel bases here!)
