So… that 3rd panel… I intended for it to look like Kimber Lee was dramatically leaping toward the camera (and Eli), so trying to get in those dynamic body angles, I made her butt too high and her chest right there, and she looks remarkly like those spine-breaking images lots of comic artists have become criticized for (the Minara Spider-Woman being the most recent viral example…)

Kimber Lee is really taking it to Eli! She can't run away now - and nothing's more vicious than a caged animal! Will it be enough to turn the table?

This very long story section (the Secret Desert Base and Fighting Giant Mutated Id Eli) is very close to conclusion, but the story is far from it…

At least Kimmy's small enough to dodge and weave a lot easier than old Eli belly can. I just hope she doesn't run out of energy!! On a side note, is it just me or has Eli grown a lovely pair of breasts? I know he's obese and man boobs are a natural event with older men but damn those are hot! lol

Hell hath no fury like Kimber really having had it up to here. (Or so) And monster-Eli just asked for it. Apart from Kimber's poses and the expressions the last panel totally rocks! It's an amazing way to, how can I put it, to give the reader an impression of fast and fluent motion, just like a really well-done action scene should be.

@Bravo: Ha, you're right! She can bend a LONG ways before breaking! And thanks for the info about deploy times - in story-time isn't hasn't been all that long since they called in the strike but I certainly don't like for it to start feeling contrived!

The third panel works fine overall IMO. It might help to add a comic bookish motion blur effect on the background to make it more clear that she's moving frenetically there, but then you seem generally not to go for that kind of thing in your panels.

In one way I really want to know what Eli has to say...but in Kim's shoes, I'd be feeling and doing exactly the same things as she is. Fantastic stuff once again!

Well you know Kimber Lee probably can do those back-breaking contortions without damage. And as for the bombers, you know dropping live munitions on a target in the USA isn't something they are ready to do 24/7. If there's a training mission scheduled no problem. Lots of AFB's and training sites in the American Southwest but if there isn't training scheduled sourcing the pilots and aircraft could take a little time. God forbid if they have to call in Air National Guard A-10 pilots.
