I do try to check back on older pages to see if there are new comments. Unfortunately the Drunk Duck control panel only shows us the last comment posted so sometimes comments do get missed.
I've drawn Gertrude & Brunhilda in a lot of different clothes, not just armor.
Keep tilting at those windmills! ;-)

Um, I am a new reader on this comic, and I know that I am updating after a new page is up so that this is unlikely to be read at all, however I still want to say this and relates to some of the comments on this page.
It could still be Gertrude and Brunhilda as them being in their armour could technically be called them in another costume. I DON'T CARE IF THEY CONSIDER THEM THEIR CIVILIAN CLOTHES, IT CAN STILL BE ANOTHER COSTUME!
Also, yes I do realize that I am arguing a lost cause.

Thanks all! :-)
Stickfodder - Sooner or later. There is a cartoon planned where we see them in the civilian outfits, but since most of the jokes are them in costume I haven't even come up with their real names yet. Despite what some think we have never seen them before out of costume.

I too prefer warmth. That is why, if I were to be invited on a ski trip, would be staying at the lodge and enjoying the fire with some cocoa.

lol, blending is good but warmth is much better

It's Gertrude and Brunhilda. Ron got the proof right here
She may not blend well, but she's warm!

Are we ever going to find out who they are?

blending is overrated
