I'm not so fluent in USA history, I only read news. I think that in last 20 years, probably more, there is enough problems left after each president. In fact, some of them are kicked down the road so long you can blame MULTIPLE previous presidents for failing to do something with them.

Glad you all liked it! :-) Darius - Yeah, I think they're called dry erase boards. hkmaly - Only if the previous president has done, or failed to do, something that caused a problem. I don't think every president has done that. ghostrunner - Isn't that one actually in the Constitution?

For first year, previous president IS responsible for almost all of his problems. After that, one would think he would be able to do something with that ... unless the congress blocks everything he does (except the golf). Then it's congress fault.

It'll depend on the school. The one's I used to go do generally had Whiteboards, though (essentially the same thing, but smother, and were written on with ink instead of chalk).
