Some terms for you:
omikuji: a paper fortune read by the Miko for visitors.
Miko: translated at “Shrine Maiden” or “Shrine Priestess”, they are the unmarried daughters or part-time workers for Shinto Shrines. Ran, Kiyomi, and Masayo are the Miko for Asahi Inari Jinja.
