Yep. Loading screens. The bane of gamers everywhere. Apparently, they feel like floating into a formless void, filled with warm jelly. (Or at least I imagine so.)
In fact, I saw a movie on Youtube.com not too long ago about loading screens that made my jaw drop. Someone had tried to find out how long it takes, from turning on a PSP to the first actual gameplay, for a game (in this case, Smackdown Vs. Raw 2006) to load.
6 MINUTES, 28 SECONDS. Ho-lee carpsicles.
I don't mind saying, being a DS owner, that I snickered a little at all those PSP owners out there. In a nice way, of course. (Suckers…)
Animehero, like gamecube, DS is meant for little kids and may contain some great graphics and whatnot but you'll be lucky to see blood, PSP is more detailed and more advanced which is why the loading time takes so long. Waiting about seven minutes, big deal, it's worth the wait for what it has to offer compared to DS, and I'm not a PSP lover either, I barely play it along with all of my other systems I barely use! I use it every once in awhile but I'll take PSP over DS any day!
hey psp may take awhile to load but it has alot of features, and i can say this on account of having both! And as fun as the DS is...just remember...Michael Jackson is one who perfers Nintendo DS -.-
