@Banes: I'm not sure how often it actually does back fire, but when it does, activity gets even worse from what I heard. But I think smudging, if done correctly usually has positive results! I grew up in a "haunted house" and after years of my family going through stuff, my mom asked the "visitors" to leave and no one ever had another problem since that day from what I understand. :o

@PeiPei - hope things get easier....and they will! I knew someone who insisted her apartment was haunted by multiple beings and she did some kind of " smudging" ritual. I hadn't heard about the incense backfiring...interesting! What happens?

Well, this has been a pretty creepy little story - and then you mention Fraggles...! Now it's terrifying!! Even so, I'm confident that psychic takes care of everything ;)
