A lot of stuff happening in tandem in the hour or so before curfew… and this is a real church! It's the church of St. Catherine in Plaka, Athens. Very pretty, but hell to draw. D:
I got no clue. Body language maybe? He always seems shifty... And I get chills when people tell him things. I know that's his JOB, but it's still unnerving in this setting.
bravo1102: thanks! He always makes me chuckle. // usedbooks: how come? pretty intrigued as to what you suspect in him! And yes it is a perfect position for snooping. // pit-face: it's his specialty. XD
I still don't trust the priest... I trust him less now. (Incidentally, I considered making a priest in my story the head of the crime syndicate -- or a good informer. It's a perfect position for that sort of thing.)

Curfew is more important than confessing things right there and then. Confession isn't the important part anyway, repentance is.

hhmmm... practical confessions...Don't bother God with the small stuff... I could build a religion around that!

This priest is very practical. Love his dialect too.
