Hey there This is my first time posting so if I screw up with your guys rules
lemme know basically its like this:

I am an artist who really wants to make a webcomic .

Heres the problem:
I'm a traditional artist who wants to get into digital art.
I have little to no digital experiance.
This is not to say I dont know anything regarding digital art.
I have a working genius tablet and occasionally use GIMP or SAI.
Although I find it a lot easier to pencil it out scan it then edit in said
manipulators.

Heres the proposal:
If there is a writer, artist or perhaps a artist/writer duo or artist group who wouldnt mind
taking another artist on who is willing to teach me some things about digital
art I would gladly repay the debt by pulling my own weight in the project.
I am a hard worker and I enjoy learning new things I just have a hard time
understanding some tutorials and want to get some hands-on experiance if thats
possible.

Other info:
I have a deviantart which under normal circumstances I would drop a link but I'm
on my Ipod maybe if I figure a way to come back and edit it I will.
The art on its a bit outdated because my skills have grown considerably since my
last post.
If you would like me to draw something so you can determine whether or not I'm
worth your time let me know by replying

I think thats about it if I need to add something I will so to put it simply:
You take me on-> You teach me some digital skills-> I work for you

Thanx for reading

If I had a project, I would take you on. But most of my stuff is rather stagnant.

I do have a project I've been wanting to revive, and I work entirely digital.

Could give you a pointer or two.
That's “Dr. BlkKnight” to all of you.

I have a project that needs work done on it. You are free to experiment on your art with it as much as needed while you still produce content at a regular pace that we will agree on. I haven't done any art in a while, but I still know my stuff, and I'm willing to help you with whatever you need.

I've been meaning to announce the community project aspect of my comic The Broken for a while now, but would like to settle on a good picture for the front page which would explain the project.

Basically: I have several scripts in the story, most of which were adapted from the Pride High message boards. Due to the fact that there are so many, and that one can find the prose portions online already, I do not have a linear idea as to how the comic should be drawn per se–artists draw what they want to (out of what is available) and I post it up as it is done. Later issues might be done differently, as I may forego the prose and just get an artist to draw the comic immediately.

I have no problem with an artist dominating an issue or the whole thing–and neither do I mind if an artist can only, say, pencil a page, as I can likely find people to finish what another has started.

I do have a comic project for a series of comics I wish to sell on IndyPlanet, as well. A couple scripts have been done, and this would be for a superhero universe. Unlike The Broken, these issues would not be posted on Drunk Duck, nor would I have multiple artists per issue, as I would intend to split profits with my artist on each issue (and it's easier going 50/50). These are also not based on another established universe, so they are a bit more nebulous.

Should I start it finally, I will also have comics to tie into the latter project which I will post on Drunk Duck, and could be community art projects, but I would still want to sell the issues, so it might be a little difficult. However, these ones would include a bit more interaction with Drunk Duck, specifically as they would include my characters in the Heroes Unite/Heroes Alliance universe, as well as others.

Of specific note is that any comic I do will likely have LGBT themes, especially transgender themes. I feel I need to tell people this, in case they have a problem with such content.

I can be long-winded, can't I? But I do have a lot I want to get done and no artistic skill.

Well I have a project I'm working on. It's not a web comic, but a project I want to pitch to independent publishers. I'd be willing to give you more details on the project itself through email, and would love to see some of your work. If you're still available and/or interested, email me at laphiha@yahoo.com
