Which, if your running a DnD game, should be a first level spell that uses 0th/cantrip slots for the clipboard. 3rd level would increase would allow you to copy/paste books. 5th items, at DMs discretion, 7th whole scrolls (not just pasting the info onto a scroll, but whole magic scrolls) and less reasonable things, 9th magic items (at DMs discretion). I know you're saying, whoah, wait aminute A-man, you just horribly over balanced the game. These are the rough guidelines. You can change them as you feel. I, personally, have never gotten to play test the idea because I usually don't get to play the wizard/sorcerer. And t he one that I did that would have been able to thing of the idea, dimension travel, didn't get far enough.
