If you don't know what “Movember” is, it's that November is men's health and male cancer awareness month. The tradition is that men grow out moustaches while women grow out their hair, and of course, you support a fellow man by helping him take care of himself. Also, it's a good time for men to change their lifestyle for the better in terms of health. Exercise, eat right, see the doctor and get checked regularly.
It's something that also hits close to home to me which is why I am adamant about making people aware of it and I am so proud of my husband for also doing his part.
