hah. finally checked my mail and in my hot little hand i got this- an autographed flip book from john macdowell, who's strange insights into the service industry is pretty accurate. :D
i say this because we just had the lobby renovated in the building where i work. a large number of signs said, FRONT DOOR NOT WORKING- PLEASE USE BACK DOOR.
