debated a bit about if I should post this page.. people really do disappear and get arrested for talking to much about problems… I have know Leo's who were good guys and I know often there hands are tied on what they can do.. but drug dealers hold way to much power…
Life is a collage of compromise, I'm led to believe that's the only way the police can get ANY successes. I had thought at length about the social impact of the common "too small to bother with" and "too useful to touch" attitudes, e.g. how discontinuing investigations about stolen bikes due to "low social harm" has worse "social harm" than the thefts themselves. Here's a consequence I had not thought of...
I've never personally had a bad experience with police officers, but sometimes they have a hard time determining who's the bad guy, especially when both people involved are poor. And when one of them has been useful in the past, that stacks the odds against the other, even if they're the victim. :( I'm intensely hoping that the dog backs down, and if he doesn't, I hope you get a public defender who will fight for you to the best of their ability.
I don't think much will come of it. I.ve made enough of a paper trail to make the effort to costly..they know I don't do drugs.they don't want to lose face.. so I'll move my camp..the dogs followed will think he made me move and he will ignore me..reather then push a fight..he try stealing my truck and I think he peed himself when I bushwacked him.. that's what started the whole fuss.
