it rainy and cold.. the truck is broke down…so my savings is going to that.. the part that exceeds my savings we can finance and pay it off 200 a month at 2% interest … sucks but its life … will pay off the repair in a few months and start saving again… even if the truck wasn't broken I would be cooking tofu today. feed 5 people a meal for the cost of a ice coffee.. and most of the people that ate here did think this was a egg dish. texture and color create illusion… no one said ugg gross tofu or that it was tasteless mush.. it was spicy and good and we had ninja cartoons and tea.. sort of using pooka logic.. here life is short and often unpleasant so when you find something good grab hold of it and enjoy it..and todays good thing is hot food a dry spot to sit and cartoons..and knowing that the tuck will be fixed..
If you can't eat tofu, there's peanut butter and beans. Here, they give everyone a ton of peanut butter every month so people get used to trying to find ways to eat it. Recipes like mixing it with oats and something sweet, for a cheap and somewhat guilty, starchy snack that isn't TOO bad for you. :) Chili or soup are two of the cheapest foods out there that most people like to eat, and can be made fast and from nearly anything.
lots of rice and beans get cooked here.. peanut butter ends up being lunch with apples.. if I am having it with jelly got to put the jelly in a bag cus cant stand what jam and honey does to bread after sitting for 6 + hours... meat is a rarity in my world..

Cartoons make everything taste better. I watched Incredibles on Saturday and Incredibles 2 on Sunday, I thought the first was somewhat better but it was a decent sequel. I like tofu on occasion (but guys have to eat it in moderation, it can act like estrogen). Best bet is to put it in a tasty sauce or soup so that its relative lack of flavor is not a problem, like General Tso's Tofu. Sautéing it is a good idea because it gets some flavor grilled into it. I'll send some more cat treats in a week or two so your kitty won't have to suffer much longer. Sorry to hear about the truck problems, ugh, really old motor vehicles often cost more than they're worth.
Sad that the only way to avoid used car problems is to buy new cars instead, they're so expensive, especially if your credit score isn't the greatest. I'm glad your kitty is doing well.

Rice is basically tasteless. So is boiled chicken. That's why they're usually accompanied by sauces or other ingredients.
