Ok, lets do this...
your bike sprite is a little bit dodgy. You need to either get editing by rubbing out excess stuff you don't want and adding things you do want, or you could send me a private quack and I'll send you a sprite sheet.
Also, as Lords of Darkness said, resize using sketch skew. Always do it in double and halves if you can help it though. So if you want to make it smaller, 50 both ways, if you want to make it bigger, 200 both ways. But if you want to make it really small or big just use 25 and 400, just sticking with the doubles and halves.
The speech bubble need to have tails to look professional. All you do, is make the one you've made in this episode, but creat another line from the speech bubble to meet with your origional line at the end. Then, fill all the coloured space white, and colour the line seperating the tail and the bubble white also.
The razorleaf isn't too good either. If you want some proper effects, give me a private quack. A good point though, the throwing of the pokeball was effective. well done.
And everybody else, If you do this with every new comic maker, I'm sure you would make a lot of people unhappy. Saying stuff like 'Ow. That comic hurt me. Emotionally' and 'worst comic ever' do not help the comic maker at all. All it does is makes him/her unhappy and makes them not want to make a comic again.
My rating isn't very good, but I have given you constructive critiscism which you must work on to improve. I have offered to help even more so, which is up to you if you take or not.
That's just mean. No need to insult him/her. They are new.
Don't manually resize, go to Image then Stretch/skew. Enter a number like 200 or 300. Only use multiples of 100.
Also, don't use textured backgrounds until you know what you're doing.
