OMG! So sorry this took sooooo long! My computer was totally fubared for the longest time. Me and Naveed, the Microsoft tech who was helping me, had practically started a long distance relationship. It only lasted a month but it was very… technical. I'm so used to him calling every morning. But just like Romeo and Juliet, he passed the buck onto Samsung rep who had nothing to do with my computer's problem and I ended up having my husband fix it. That is how Romeo and Juliet ended, right?
