Ooo, so that was what Nikki and Lucy were talking about? _That_ was their 'secret'? Oh Crud on a Greenie! Is this going to affect Sarah and Nikki's friendship? Because Nikki kept Janey's illness a secret? Doesn't matter if it ultimately was Janey who insisted on it being a secret (but, personally, don't believe Janey would want it kept a secret... well, not everything, maybe just the details secret until after the surgery so Sarah doesn't worry too much before hand)
