Every 100 years, a war is fought among sorcerers and the creatures of darkness, a war fought in the shadows of history. This war is a race to claim the power of the Schwarz Rose, beautiful mannequins that contain great power and the authority over Darkness itself, and all of its creatures. The Schwarz Rose are 5 in total, and they were created by the Puppet Master as a legacy to the ones who are worthy to possess them. Those who partake in this battle to claim the Schwarz Rose shall partake in deadly 'games' that will be overseen by the 'Game Master.' This 'game' is called The Mannequin Waltz.
