Well, for sure there's a lot more going on than meets the eye, and because we're all robbed of backstory and finding things out the minute Tara does, it really doesn't benefit me to drop too many clues at this point in the story.
The truth behind this page is a little convoluted and downright wicked. Be sure, when it's all revealed we're all in for a bit of a surprise.
