Flip back to the previous page, read all that immense body of personnel on Alphabase, and come back to this page to appreciate the irony. Dry humor. Ahaha. ;)
Wooo! First page of the New Year! Hope you're not all hung over. And it's my birthday tomorrow! As if we're not already tapped out from Christmas…birthdays were always skimpy when I was a kid…XD
Yep, I'm the big 4-7 tomorrow. Pushing 50. Old Crone. ;)
Shola and crew are trying to find out where Tara took off to.
And Adrian still looks mortified. Heh.

(Glides out of the shadowed corner) I'm 57, and try to learn at least one new thing a day. When you stop learning, they might as well throw dirt on top of you. (Glides back into the shadowed corner)

Happy birthday, Pam. 47? Aw, you're just a kid. I'm 55 and damn proud of it. My dad always said, You don't start getting old until after they put you in the ground."

Actually the best, IM Never HO Asimov story was neither I Robot or the Foundation Trilogy it was Caves of Steel when he laid the groundwork for the Foundation Trilogy he wrote, and for the follow up Trilogy the Greg Bear, Gregory Benford, and David Brin wrote from Asimovs notes to end the story by bringing everyone back to "Tarzenda" or Stars End. I highly recommend the series to anyone who likes to read. Another Wiki link http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Foundation_Series

Happy Birthday kid!

Ooh, here's some awesome educational stuff on the history of Asimov's stories (just like House of the Muses, I'm in the habit of inserting educational little historical snippets for everyone's fun and amusement) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/I,_Robot
houseofmuses at 5:57AM, Jan. 2, 2011
@dragonrider: Oh, yes, I've read Asimov's Foundation Trilogy (still have it in my library) along with the movie I, Robot starring Wil Smith (which is very little like the book, also by Asimov). I have in my own mind where we are in the timeline and scale of things in this universe, and we're not completely sterile and assimilated with droids...yet. In I, Robot, the movie, things had been sterile and predictable for a very long time before a robot snapped and surprised everyone with killing Dr. Whatsisname, and in the book the series of stories only illustrated how unpredictable droids can be. ;)

THANKS GUYS!!!! I think I'm the only lesbian comic artist out there who has a mostly male audience. You guys are the absolute cream of fantastic readers, tho. I've had other artists with goofy audiences covet you. ;) @dragonrider: I remember how old you are. Some guys are just as touchy as women over the progression of time which is why I don't mention it. @dueeast and @jerrie: Forties rock! Especially at this time in history. We remember all the cool stories of our childhood, but we're much better writers now. Anyone still catch themselves singing Saturday morning cartoon jingles or TV commercial or sitcom themes from the 70s? On the far side, they are gonna LOVE listening in on us in our Shady Pines days. ;) One to what's coming ahead: Yep, Robo-Boobs is returning. I'm having some fun with that over the next few pages. On the other hand since this is a service droid, her tracking signals are not all-seeing and far-reaching: when she's paged, they'll realize A.G.N.E.S.' signals are "out of service area", i.e. no longer on the planet or orbiting outpost. Ha! The rest will unfold in time. I'm making this up as I go. LOL, just kidding. XD

Happy Birthday youngster, I think you know how old I am. Check some of our first correspondence during the start of HOM if you can't remember. I was wondering when they were going to remember robo-boobs they should be able to track her, remotely download her positronic brain (read Asimov's Foundation Trilogy) find she is with Tara, and either track them or send a command to sedate and secure Tara(providing that doesn't violate the First Law of Robotics, Asimov again). Also does Robo-Boobs come equipped with Meds or any "convenience" accessories to keep Tara happy or did she bring Tara's library of Yaoi and music? Enquiring minds yanno.

Oh, and Happy Birthday, Pam!
dueeast at 11:57PM, Jan. 1, 2011
Good start to the year, as stated by another 40-something artist/writer. We rock! :)
