Possible cameos?

The beautiful part about doing A Deviant Mind is that there are so many aspects of it that I get to make up as I go along. Setting up some of the character's haunts from the 80s version of the series, I set up Crazy Earl's Tavern on Alpha Centauri. While putting it together I tossed in a character or two that I created along the way. Anyone know who this is sitting at the bar? ;)
Yes, I know that Crazy Earl looks a lot like Shrek. But the resemblance ends there, and he doesn't have suction cup antennae.
