THE PROVIDENT REALITY AND THE EQUALITY OF RAIN

Continuing a look at the origin of reality…largely inspired and derived from George F.R. Ellis' brilliant brief book, BEFORE THE BEGINNING. He is NOT responsible, though, for the liberties I've taken with his logic or how I've chosen to illustrate it.
This seems a “well, DUH!” requirement–the impartial bounty of the laws of nature seems a reqirement for nonsentient beings to evolve–but presumably a Creator could make it so once they become sentient, rain (and other requirements for comfort and food production) would depend on how you behave. But no matter what you do or have done, you are equal under natural law. There are some natural cosequences for some behavior, but it afflicts the just and the unjust.
