Continuing a look at the origin of reality…largely inspired and derived from George F.R. Ellis' brilliant brief book, BEFORE THE BEGINNING. He is NOT responsible, though, for the liberties I've taken with his logic or how I've chosen to illustrate it. This seems a “well, DUH!” requirement–the impartial bounty of the laws of nature seems a reqirement for nonsentient beings to evolve–but presumably a Creator could make it so once they become sentient, rain (and other requirements for comfort and food production) would depend on how you behave. But no matter what you do or have done, you are equal under natural law. There are some natural cosequences for some behavior, but it afflicts the just and the unjust.
UNfortunately...and I hate for another delay so soon---but here in Nashville we don't deal with ice and freezing rain that well--so I was stuck all week at work. (I planned, took changes of clothes, food, there's a shower there, etc.) The one thing I couldn't do is work on THIS. So THE HIDDEN NATURE OF THE CREATOR will be up NEXT Sunday, I'm afraid.
Yeah, this is the existential base we all find ourselves in. The world treat all of us the same (in a chance sort of way; life may turn out 'happier' for one individual vs another, but that's a sorta roll of the dice thing), but we're all free in how we deal with it, address it, and live with it!

Looks like not only rain, but also ice falls equally on the just and the unjust...
