The planet Rallia, home to a lizard race known as Rallians is under attack by the Zeneck. Young Private Rellos of the Rallian military makes his way through the planet's capital to the palace. As the Zeneck invade, they are also after Rallians who inherit the Plasma Gene. No one knows why, but it is suspicious.
