Lookit all that blood in the tub. It obviously didn't come from her, or she wouldn't be alive. His comment about "her TURN" in the tub obviously leads me to believe that she is the latest of several victims of a rampage, thus the state of the immediate vicinity (blood spattered), although he, himself, is only mildly be-gored with something on the back of his shirt, which doesn't look like blood, so I'm not certain what it is. It is the same mysterious substance be-goring the victim ... Hmmm.
