I’ve simplified it to Lana being a dragon pooka than. Simply put since Lana is death’s child and Death aka Warmwind is a DRAGON who’s married to Paper Butterfly (Kite) a POOKA. Therefore Lana must be a Dragon Pooka. Her current form can than be considered due to Elvina (hope I spelled it right) and her children. She took on an elf-like form to better fit in with the girls and to differentiate herself from her little brother

I remember when Richard III started receiving notes that his allies had been bought off and withdrawing from the battle, leading eventually to his famous "A horse, a horse, my kingdom for a horse!" as his enemies closed in around him.

Hu, I guess I can understand that the Daemon would consider Misery as a big sister and vice versa. Don't be too harsh on Lana, she doesn't believe that nonsense and to be fair its a bit cliche. Just be happy she can kill things with it now. I'm of the opinion that Lana really is a dragon pooka due to the magic seal locking her powers and form. It would make sense, especially since you could make the argument that she would have idolized her cousin Jack and would have made a similar form to express that.

for consideration if the time line had played out and Thermal had not become a reaper who would of been have Lana's mother.. that would played a part in her powers and form... most likely one of Lans children.. but as the time line didn't come to be Lana is deaths creation and child..

the Daemon are for the most part are abstract personifications with no set form .. each one has a positive opposite force.. so hope and despair.. fear and bravery.. ruffle 20 of them are powerful enough to control gods.. Love misery death.. dream the original sibling group of myth the children of nix.. so all one happy family.. they sort of evolve into our idea of angels and demons today..
