This confirms what I said. Lana escaped from the mindflayer, collapsed and got caught by the elves. She had her grand inspiration while in their dungeon. Nothing in that page says she uses a dragon skull for Skull Dugger. Only that for HK raising a dragon is out of her league due to her current experience. Only being able to do so due to the grand inspiration.

I’m pretty sure Skull Dugger is an elf skull. Since Lana made him from what she could get ahold of while in the Lake Region’s dungeons
