Since Kaito and Hawk are different sizes. Kitchen and bath counters may need to be different heights, with redundant features on each, to accommodate each partner. A dragon sized bathroom sink might also do double duty as a pooka bathtub.

Bat type dragons enjoy a good hang. One legged bat type dragons may require straps or other hang assistance technology.

As for helpful room features, I think a helper robot or two would be appropriate. One to get things off high shelves and assist with the cleaning, definitely.

I've always liked those "wall platforms" they have for cats. At pooka size it can be difficult to see above or over people's heads. Getting up on furniture can be tiresome and in-the-way of others. Having platforms built into the wall that one can jump to and between is a means of getting around, being higher up, and is out-of-the-way enough that nobody minds or can step on you.
