Transcript:

A servant, Higgins, presents a letter to Jane. Jane is wearing black, she’s mourning her husband, Mr. Leatherprune.
Higgins: A letter for Miss Jane.
Jane: For me?

Mugthirst: Jane? A letter? Jane doesn’t have time for reading letters! She has to find another husband! She’s getting more wrinkly by the day, damn it! Throw it away!

Higgins: With respect, sir, this correspondence may well be from an interested gentleman. It is addressed from a Mr. Inkstein.

Mugthirst: Ah! Very well! Jane, you may have the letter. Tell him you’ve got a big ass. Or small. Whichever is in fashion.
Jane: Thank you, Higgins.

The letter says:
Dear Miss Jane Leatherprune,
(it then goes on to offer Jane a publishing deal for a book of poetry, the publisher, Penner and Inkstein is in dire straits and they claim there's “no good poetry” anymore. The letter is too long for Twitter's alt text limit)

Jane looks delighted.
