Celsi is one of Nora's guard and her best friend. She's fun to draw, but I can never get her eyes right! GAH!!!!
Celsi's specialty is guns, she's good at fighting, but sucks at magic.

P.S., I know that her eyes are lopsided, so STFU about it.
