It all happens in seconds before Honey falls down. Great portrayal of that. This is a great set up. The drone wasn't sent to kill her but the human. She can't afford to slow down. She has to keep moving.
The drone was fitted with an air rifle? Might explain the noise of the gun, the size of the projectile, and lack of penetration on Lisa. This means the drone may have been assembled from materials hard to track for origin and purchase. Someone thought the chase was not the distraction it needed to be and turned it up a notch.
Why - now everything seems to go to plan of Lisa's pursures: The police girl's shot, Lisa has a smoking gun, and the real culprit has been silenced.
Well - a thorough ballistic analysis shoud help, perhaps.
It almost would make sense that the drone was aiming for Lisa, and missed... but it was definitely taking deliberate aim at Honey's head. *shrugs* Chalk this up to bad AI. Never trust a bot to handle a weapon!
Curious. Killing Honey was a calculated move on -someones- part. Shooting at Lisa after seems sloppy, which suggests it wasn't, just meant to look like it. Did they want Lisa to destroy and then forget evidence?
My guess is the Senator is behind the drone, knows the plan to come visit her, and this is her way of helping that plan along.

Well the rounds aren't good enough for an Android. Lisa's a good shot. What other weapons proficiency does she have?
