I can understand them not noticing her. she's blending in with the wall, and they are concentrating on where they are going. The janitor assigned to clean the walls, might notice her, but if you're an employee in a hurry, and barely looking at the wall, you'd miss her.

Not gonna lie, I feel like it would be hard to miss a pair of tiddies poking out the wall, but I guess they're not really looking at the walls to begin with lol :'D
