This is my lame attempt of drawing backgrounds. This was also a pain to tone.
From the next page until the end (i believe it'll be 20 pages?), my friend Bryant will be drawing the backgrounds. ^_^

I can sympathise when it comes to backgrounds, they can be a complete nightmare. Still, a nice page, the tension is mounting..
