Lenz is an old German for spring, also a fairly common surname.

The dart Luca's hit with contains a liquid with silvernitrate, even a few drops in the blood stream is enough to knock the average Wolf out. Luca, being a Prime, needs a lot more to be incapacitated. Silvernitrate was also used to induce the coma he was in.
