Disgaea 2

Picked it up today. Not REALLY as poor as the comic suggest, but it was a sacrifice getting it. Like I said, I know my priorities.
I've enjoyed the first game imensely. Infact it's one I refuse to trade in. It's still on my shelf even after the massive purge to keep my lights on.
But it's hard not to enjoy this game to me. It's a game that doesn't take itself too serriously, that is soo cool to me. The fact it refeers to leveling up is just amazing.
Now some may go “It's 2d OMGOZORS” well, open yer eyes a bit. 3d doesn't mean good.
And for something amusing, we traded in soul calibur 3, but I open a case of mine, and guess what? It's still there.
What happened? Apparently they took We Luv Katamari in as Soul Calibur 3. HOW I have no clue.
So, we still have Soul Calibur… which is cool cause we have another copy of katamari here.

Makai Kingdom is an easy find too. But La Pucelle and Disgaea 1 aren't.

I liked some of the other games they did too. Phantom Brave is fairly easy to find at Best Buys' and used at most game shops. But Disgaea 1 is a pain to find. I'm an old school tactical RPG fan, so I love these games.

Rich, finding the first one is damn near impossible. It's one of those hardcore games, so those who love the genre never give it up. But since the characters from the first are more minor characters, having the first isn't a requirement. And Le Farce, yeah, pretty much. But it's such quality. Very enjoyable.

I can't even find the first Disgaea to buy, but if the second one's plot isn't reliant on the first, I may get it.

Yeah it's great. If it weren't for the fact that it is almost exactly like the first :S But still, fun game none the less.
