The House That Drac Built - Page 07
DAJB on Jan. 30, 2008
This is Page 7 of the vampire comic The House That Drac Built that I made when still at school. (The fact that it's drawn on a school exercise book is a bit of a give away there!)
One of the factors that prompted me to post this here was the talking flower in Harry Q's Pugnuggle Tales. It reminded me of the smiley badge I'm wearing in this comic.
The way its expression mirrors mine is just one of those little details that still amuse me after all these years. (Yes, I'm easily pleased!) Anyway - that's really just a long-winded way of saying, if this comic makes you cringe as much as it does me … blame Harry!
;-)
More tomorrow …!

Heh - plot like a tar pit!

I don't think I've said it either. I've had it said a lot as well. Which makes me wonder... later down the road will the plot stop because it gets too thick to move?

You've never said it? Feels better now you have, I'm sure! ;-) Although, as I said in the "Author's Notes" to Page 4, in this case it might be more accurate to say the plot "sickens" ...!

Let me say it, let me say it: The plot's thickening. I've never said that, I swear to God. Although I've received that comment about a million times. How often are my plots actually thickening? I wonder.
