I'm not sure how legible that seagull's aside is on this page so, in case you're wondering, it says:
“If man were meant to fly, God wouldn't have given him a brain.”

I'm pretty sure the shading in one or two of these panels was copied direct from the [i]Daredevil[/i] comic I butchered to make the [url=http://www.drunkduck.com/BVC_Scrap_Book/index.php?p=355591]cover[/url] ... and, yeah, Panel 2 on this page would be one of them! Oh, and thanks for the 5. 'Cos these old relics need all the love they can get! ;-)

I thought the seagull said "God WOULD have given them a brain" at 1st XD You know, the shading and motion in the middle panel is actually quite good!

You could have a point about that seagull! Oh, and I wouldn't worry about the villain's motivation. I don't think he had any, beyond just ... well, [i]being[/i] the villain! Zluhcs! ;-)

Should this - by reverse reasoning - imply that the seagull doesn't need a brain since it flies? It sounds well educated in French in any case. The villain must be long gone by now - I don't even remember his motivation. Oh my, I'm so confused... And of course you were right all along, zluhcs is entirely correct. Shame on me.
