No Swimming

Ever notice how there are wild garados in the water, yet people STILL swim in it? I never did understand that… do they use some REALLY strong sunscreen or something? o.O;

I mean, I was also wondering why some bigger pokemon don't just EAT the smaller ones… I mean… “CHARIZARD USED EAT! ITS SUPER EFFECTIVE!”
