My guess is for Doom Face to be the Principal. He made sure Super Dan would be there with a promise of Evan and is the only other known BGH character who wasn't present. It would even make sense for him to attend classes so he could know the students and how best to control them.

Wait!! whats wrong with the VP? he was all cloth and bones not long ago, and now... whats that around his jaw?... oh and if you join up with a high school for villians that has a villian mastermind as its principal, of course theres going to be a problem of "now that your here, watch the pendulum and dont blink" or just hit SuperDan repeatedly until something happens... 5/5 great work!
