yeah, they're two different clones. One's the "Brave New Metropolis" suit from S:TAS, and the other is the "Emperor Joker" costume from the comics.

You can tell the panel 3 one also doesn't seem to have the belt buckel and lacks the five o'clock shadow as well. Panel 3's belt is white vs Panel 4's belt. There's the fact that in panel 3 neither of the Dan's have a cape whereas all the Dan's beating on her in panel 4 do have capes. Of course since the Hunter/Prey Dan showed up in panel 4 its possible those are just two other Dan's that are beating her up off panel; in panel 4. Of all the clones I'm surprised we haven't seen a "Batdan" or a "sayain conquerorDan" outfit. Captain DC seems a little more on the evil side here than he used to be.
