Well, to be fair, we KNOW he doesn't. It is she who has a reaction upon seeing him (albeit not such an obvious one) and we all know that all love is unrequited. Dan's running around naked reminds me of Mystique, who does exactly that, all the time, since she was a little girl. Except she is a shapeshifter, she can change her appareance so she looks like she had clothes, they are just part of his body. But if Dan is using the flashlight's powers to cover himself in a sort of force field, that counts as clothing. Unless he's actually trasmuting his body (which would make sense, given his Dr. Manhatanesque revival right now).

No, she didn't, they are clearly there. They had been (or rather, were going to be) cut way above the knee. You can go look for the page, I'm kind of lazy to do it. Also, Purple Dantern is obviously wearing a mask. You can see his teeth in several scenes and they are unchanged
