BGH#479 From The Earth To The Moon

Part of me wanted to cut this page, because itâ€™s really not moving the plot forward. All it does is reiterate the same point Paradox made in the last page.

The problem is, you HAVE to bring up Gen. Not bringing up Gen is just too much of a logical fallacy. Youâ€™ll notice that in the third panel, thatâ€™s the only time in this whole confrontation that SuperDanâ€™s head is drawn in a dominant position over Paradoxâ€™s head, because the point about Gen is the one time where Danâ€™s point is truly stronger. Thatâ€™s the one chink in Paradoxâ€™s argument.

(That and in Paradoxâ€™s timeline Evan blows up the universeâ€¦.buuuut weâ€™re operating under the assumption thatâ€™s not going to happen a second timeâ€¦)

Hey, Paradox has been changing as Dan does or doesn't do stuff, so all Dan really needs to do is to find a way to stop himself ever becoming evil, changing Paradox to good, right? Of course, that'd involve getting rid of Tis. too - is there a BGH version of the Phantom Zone to trap her in?

Well, even if Paradox is being sincere, there's always a chance that what he says will become Bullshit due to Timey Wimey weirdness. Also, what's next, Superdan meeting a chaotic agent for one of many Multiversal Law Enforcement groups?

@Auragongal, Paradox is being completely sincere. It's up to the reader to judge if he's justified or not, but he believes everything he's saying. @ImTohot, Hearing SuperpowerGirl's version of the future only validated Paradox's beliefs. Because he would have interpreted her idealized future as proof that his approach worked. Even SuperpowerGirl herself didn't realize he was heading down an alternate path until it was too late. That's why she was initially one of his supporters. Once she realized Emperor-Dan wasn't the same as the one she knew, that's when she joined the resistance. Aaaand there's always the theory that everyone, Evan included, incorrectly ASSUMED SuperpowerGirl and Paradox's futures aren't the SAME after all. She is from a pocked dimension set ten years AFTER the time Evan visited... Just saying.

"Give me a head with hair, long beautiful hair. Shining, gleaming, streaming, flaxen, waxen. Give me down to there hair, shoulder lenght or longer Here baby, there, momma, ev'rywhere, daddy, daddy." Sorry, that is what I thought of with the hair grabbing part. It is a good page to have and I am glad that you didn't cut it. Gen and the reasoning Paradox has for what he done to her was needed.
