See, this is exactly the sort of thing I meant from BGH#486. Sometimes different people just come up with the same idea. It's not an actual reference or even inspired by it. I'd heard of Avatar, but I've never seen an episode in my life and I only learned they did something called "blood-bending" well after I came up with the concept for Eric. And I only just now (thanks to "13065") heard of "Deadman Wonderland". I had to Wiki it. That stuff is crazy.

there is plenty of people commenting, i bet it will jump back into the top ten before the end of the arc (unless the end is only a few pages away). though the "blood bending" has been done before. no i am not 12, i just watch kid shows with my nephew and neice (or at least i used to, and will again next year).

Hemo-kinetic... Surprised I haven't heard that term before. I mean blood control isn't an uncommon power exactly, but I don't think it's ever been given such an official term. I hereby deem your term the new standard... for myself... hopefully the rest of the internet will soon follow...
